Returns & refunds

We really hope you love your Coastal & Co. jewellery, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. Customers are responsible for return postage unless an item arrives faulty or damaged. We recommend keeping proof of postage until your return has been processed. Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your item, please get in touch as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to put it right.
